AGRO ZONE

Bio-Pro Eco Zone – Agro, an endeavor aimed at producing exclusively all-green, 100% Organic bulk food grains, fruits, vegetables, cooking oil, dairy products & fishery items to be sold majorly in the International market with a healthy share proportioned to the domestic market as well.

Traversing across a lush green spread of 300-500 Acres is the Bio-Pro Eco Zone; inclusive of the Agro Zone & the EcoZone Resort, located on the adjoining borders of the States; West Bengal & Jharkhand in India. Harbored at an idyllic spot; accessibility, climate, manpower & availability of raw materials wise, Bio-Pro is implausibly located at an incredibly favorable location which is bordering a rivulet & at a juncture that is a 2-hour drive to 5 major cities including a metropolitan city, an airport & a 5-hour drive to a seaport which not only favors the production of the majority of food grains but is also consummate for the yield of a minimum of three crops for every item.

CROPS

The Agro Zone’s primary products include; top, highly in-demand cash crops, like; Pulses, Rice, production of Sunflower, Soybeans to produce Virgin grade Cooking Oil, Fruits, Vegetables, etc. From the very inception; starting with the soil weathering to the treatment, an all-green, 100% natural mechanism for soil treatment is deployed, beginning with the use of natural manure derived from the Dairy to natural treatment techniques aided with the use of ace agricultural & farming technology, the production is in massive volumes aka tonnes for each crop.

Even the treatment of the crops for pesticides is done exclusively through Organic methods. The overall objective besides bulk producing food products & lowering the cost to make it more affordable to people is to produce exclusively all-green, 100% organic food products.

DAIRY

Adjacent to the Agro Zone would is the Dairy with a herd of 100-200 Cows & Buffaloes to produce 100% Organic milk & milk products for the domestic markets as well as manure for the Agro Zone. A 100% automated, self-sustaining, subsidiary that would supplement the Agro Zone along with the Resort via milk & other dairy products alongside adding to the revenues.

FLORICULTURE

The Floriculture section of the Agro Zone is broadly bifurcated under three segregations:

For the Cooking Oil Factory – Flowers like Sunflower would serve to fuel the Cooking Oil factory for the Virgin grade cooking oil production.
Production of high-selling commercially viable flowers.
Flowers to support the EcoZone Resort.

HORTICULTURE

The Horticultural segment includes the bulk production of selected fruits for sale across various domestic markets for revenue generation purposes.

However, Vegetable farming would be primarily to feed the Eco-Zone Resort's needs & the surplus would invariably find its way to the domestic market & the proceeds would add to the existing streams of revenue.

PISCICULTURE

Pisciculture; aka fishery for select fishes would be to exclusively cater to the international market’s cravings for organically reared fishes, which also transforms into high-end revenue returns.

The mutually beneficial Poultry rearing of Organic chickens over the fishery space not only for the best utilization of space but also for mutually symbiotic reasons is currently being explored, based on the biological lab tests & if found to be in the green zone, can be added at any given point in time.

TEAK PLANTATION

Teak Plantation – The circumference of Bio-Pro Eco Zone covered within 300-500 acres with a minimum committed area of 30 acres would be dedicated to Teak Plantation for a period of 10 years for commercial harvesting on a replanting rotation basis would also add to the greenery of the Bio-Pro Eco Zone.
